Ashtronort – History's Mysteries

Let's take a stroll through insanity…

About Me…

“However unsubstantiated the fragile timeline of orthodox history may be, it is steadfastly adhered to by the privileged old cronies that roam the dusty hallways of funded academia, mainly because the undeniable void in mankind’s vast past puzzles the orthodox historians, and makes them rather bear those conclusions they’ve learnt, rather than attempt to discuss possibilities that they know not of. Thus orthodox history does make cowards of them all, and thus the native truth of history is sickled over by the pale cast of accepted conjectures, and any enterprises based on new ideas & discoveries, with this regard those theories turn awry.”

——————–

Monolithic Madness is not a disease or condition, it is purely my appreciation of ancient man’s utter determination to be remembered for eternity, by using the most amazing sized building materials.

Like most people I am utterly amazed by the size & weight of some of the stone blocks used in many ancient monuments. I do not attribute the creation of any terrestrial monument to ancient aliens, I am more inclined towards the possible existence of ancient civilisations of men that may have once flourished and then were once again reduced to competing with the animals for food, relegated to living by the fundamental rules of nature, survival of the fittest, a civilisation irreversibly devastated after some unknown natural catastrophe had flattened their cities, wiped out their technology, and erased the written record of their acquired knowledge & discoveries from the pages of history.

I believe there are at least two such peaks of technology, one echoes in the western traditions under the guise of Atlantis and the other has its memories firmly rooted in the myths of Vedic India. Both of which were mostly forgotten by the pages of mankind’s current period of recorded history, or irreversibly burnt out of history during the unforgiveable fire that consumed the contents of the Great Library of Alexandria in the 1st century BC, a blaze which is reputed to have deprived mankind of many thousands of irreplaceable volumes & scrolls, burning a massive chunk out of mankind’s combined heritage, lost knowledge covering events stretching back into pre Egyptian times. Back to a time when I think an advanced terrestrial culture was displaced by a natural tragedy or technological disaster, and had to resettle somewhere considerably distant from their former homelands, possibly on a different continent.

A mass migration of survivors from an advanced technological culture descending on to a continent inhabited by an unorganised population of nomadic hunter gatherers, would inevitably result in a one sided culture shock, leading to centuries of tales & rumors of super humans or GODS who once visited and educated our early ancestors.

I think forgotten civilisations may have occurred throughout mankind’s history, in various locations across the planet, independent peaks of technology or accidental bursts of regulated society, resulting in golden ages for the affected continent, whilst the other continents remained in primitive mode, so creating a perfect scenario for the more advanced culture to be mistaken for gods by the primitive nomadic cultures which they happened upon.

Think of the possibility of an advanced technology based civilisation of humans existing on earth 100 thousand years ago, tens of millennia before the first Egyptian pharaoh was ever born. Now ask yourself this question “Who on earth has the authority to tell you that this did not happened?” No one knows for sure what actually happened further than 3,000 years ago, every page in our history books is full of assumptions and accepted conclusions.

Do you seriously believe the orthodox version of history as recorded by the conquering Europeans of the last 1000 years? I know I don’t.

The chronological order of man’s history, as presented & accepted by the so called qualified experts of today, is based mainly on Victorian conclusions formed from very fragile evidence which was gathered before the reliability of the modern computer age and its stringent forensic science, the orthodox version goes like this “man was an ape for millions of years and then 40,000 years ago he changed into a human, and 5,000 years ago he started writing…” Hey they forgot to mention 111 years ago he started flying, and then 66 years after that he flew to the moon and back, several times. (OK whatever? Just trying to lighten the read for you guys).

“However unsubstantiated the fragile timeline of orthodox history may be, it is steadfastly adhered to by the privileged old cronies that roam the dusty hallways of funded academia, mainly because the undeniable void in mankind’s vast past puzzles the orthodox historians, and makes them rather bear those conclusions they’ve learnt, rather than to attempt to discuss possibilities that they know not of. Thus orthodox history does make cowards of them all, and thus the native truth of history is sickled over by the pale cast of accepted conjectures, and any enterprises based on new ideas & discoveries, with this regard those theories turn awry.”

It’s like being told the earth is flat when there is new evidence to suggest that it is round…

I have a abstract lithograph of Stonehenge dated 1959. I have tried to make sense of it and in reading your article it appears that it may be an abstract representation of the 1958 reconstruction. I’m happy to forward a photograph of the lithograph.

Ps. Is the lithograph taken from the little blue guide book sold to visitors of stonehenge in the 1950s, 60, & 70s ?

    Hi SPJ,

Thanks again for your awesome site (and insights).

I have been formulating an article on portals and portal symbology from around the world, but primarily focused on the Hanan Pancha sites like Puma Punku/Tiwanaku.

I’d be interested in showing it to you for possible publication on your site (if you are interested).

For this reason, I’d need an email address from you (as I couldn’t find one on your site).

You have mine in your database.

I’d love to hear from you.

    All the best,

    Mike A.
